Post your property details, enter the type of property you would like to move to and hit search. Simple!
How much does it cost?
- Three months membership costs €50
- One year's membership costs €175
How do I contact the owners of properties I am interested in?
You can contact them by email, leaving your contact details and any other notes or queries you may have.
What if my property is worth more than theirs?
Simple, you tell them.
In many cases, agreed sum may be payable to one party, to take account of the difference in values between the two properties. Like any standard sale, this will be down to negotiation between the parties.
Will anyone contact me if a new property arrives on the site which I may be interested in?
Of course. You can opt to sign for email alerts for certain property types, thereby as soon as a potential ‘swap’ candidate arrives on the site, you will be alerted and can get in contact with them.
What is Swap Locations involvement?
Very little. Swap Location is merely an introduction site which allows parties considering swapping their properties to meet.
